When you submit the lead intake form on this site, we collect the business name, business city, ZIP code (optional), contact name, email address, phone number (optional), your rough weekly UCO volume, your answer to whether you are currently being paid for your oil, any free-text notes you add, and the timestamp of the submission. The form also carries a hidden anti-bot field; we do not read it as a real submission and we never use it to identify or target you.
We use this information only to follow up on the submission you just made: to confirm volume, location, and the right collector match, and to reply within two business days. We use your response to "are you currently being paid for your oil" to prioritize follow-up, not to qualify you in or out.
We keep submitted intake records for as long as needed to manage the request and any follow-up, and we delete them when the lead is no longer in active routing. If you want your submission deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it promptly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the single collector we pair you with, and only with the contact details needed for that single introduction. We do not share your submission with other collectors, with a roster of buyers, or with any third-party marketing network.
We do not set marketing or advertising cookies. The site may use minimal functional session storage (for example, to remember the weekly volume you typed into the calculator on the same page) and basic request logs. We do not use third-party analytics that follow you across sites.
You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
