Great Lakes Feedstock Solutions routes Michigan-domestic UCO accounts to a screened pool of collectors on a finder-fee agreement. Sourcing is opt-in per account. The fee is negotiated in writing and paid within 30 days after the collector’s first completed pickup — we never invoice the kitchen.

GLFS brokers the account, not the pickup. Three things we do for a Michigan-domestic collector. Three things we deliberately don't.
Every kitchen is volume-confirmed, locally verified, and ready to close — no cold-outreach grind, no national roll-up competition on the kitchen door.
Negotiated in writing and paid within 30 days after the collector’s first completed pickup. Larger accounts scale that up. The kitchen is never invoiced — today, at close, or any time after.
Opt-in to a percentage of monthly volume we sourced. Recurring revenue instead of a one-shot fee — the matched kitchen pays the same spot rate to you, every month.
GLFS does not route pickups, take title to oil, or redirect accounts away from an incumbent hauler. Your roster stays intact.
The kitchen's barrel stays sealed and settled between you and the kitchen on the collector's manifest. Nothing to skim, nothing to divert.
A matched lead is paired with one screened collector — no parallel shopping, no anonymous posting. The kitchen picks one buyer; you close.
How a collector engages once matched with a lead. No contracts to sign before a kitchen is ready — and no surprise paperwork on the back end.
Email GLFSSend your Michigan pickup radius, monthly volume band, and any licensing or registration documents you want us to consider to great-lakes-feedstock-solutions@polsia.app. We read every submission ourselves and confirm within two business days.
Once we confirm pickup radius, equipment capacity, and payment cadence with you, your service area and capacity go on the active list. New kitchen matches are routed on the basis of radius and volume band — no broad listings, no parallel shopping.
When a kitchen in your service area matches, you receive a one-page brief with volume band, city, and the kitchen contact. You make the first call within two business days; the fee structure and your onboarding cadence are yours to set.
If a recurring share is a fit, opt in at agreement time. If you prefer the flat per-account fee alone, no problem — either model works, and the choice is yours per account, per kitchen.
The fee, the ongoing commission, and the south-central Michigan corridor, answered up front. If something here doesn't answer yours, write us — we answer intake emails personally.
